Your sign-in code did not arrive

Signing in emails you a 6-digit code. Here is what to do when it does not show up.

CaterKit has no password. Every time you sign in, we email you a single-use 6-digit code — there is nothing to remember and nothing for anyone to steal. That is by design.

Signing in is rare, though. Once you are in, you stay signed in on this phone or browser until you sign out yourself — most days there is no code at all. A code only comes up on a new device, or after you sign out.

Enter your email and we send the code. It should land within a minute. Type the six digits in and you are in.

No code yet? Check your spam or junk folder first, and any Promotions tab. The email comes from CaterKit and its subject is your sign-in code.

Still nothing? Make sure you entered the same email that is on your account — a code sent to a different address will never reach you. Then tap Resend to send a fresh one.

Codes are single-use and short-lived. Once you use a code, or after a few minutes pass, it stops working. Always enter the newest code in your inbox; sending a new one makes the older one dead.

If you see "Too many tries — wait a minute, then try again.", you asked for codes a little too fast. Wait about 60 seconds, then request one more.

The email carries a 6-digit number, not a link to tap. If yours has a link instead of a code, that is a setup problem on our end, not anything you did — contact support and we will straighten it out.
