Adding your team and staff mode

Invite your team under Settings, Team. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see and do.

Owners and managers see quotes, costs, margins and reports. Staff, your day-of crew, do not.

Staff mode is money-blind by design. Staff see the events they are working and the lists they need, and never a price, cost or margin. You can hand a phone to anyone without exposing your pricing.

Roles and the number of seats depend on your plan. The Plan & billing screen shows what your plan includes and how to add more.

Someone leaves? Remove them from Team and their access ends immediately.
